Abstract
The digital era has intertwined the virtual and educational spheres, making reliable and fast internet access crucial for students' academic success, particularly in fields like nursing that value research, communication, and access to current information. The University of Batangas, recognizing the importance of connectivity in modern education, has provided free internet access to all its students. This descriptive research design and quantitative, non-experimental research approach assessed the 43 fourth-year nursing students in University of Batangas to determine the level of satisfaction with regards to free internet connection. The researchers facilitated structured questionnaires distributed electronically via google forms and utilized simple random sampling. The results of the study revealed that there is a significant level of dissatisfaction among fourth-year nursing students at the University of Batangas on free internet service, which has led to lower satisfaction rates.
