Abstract
This tracer study aims to evaluate the career trajectories, employment outcomes, further education pursuits, and overall satisfaction of graduates from University of Batangas. By tracking the experiences of graduates after their completion of studies, this study provides valuable insights into the effectiveness and relevance of the institution's educational programs. This non-experimental and descriptive research profile the 37 nursing graduates of University of Batangas interms of their current employment status, job satisfaction, advance studies and the usefulness of core values, graduate attributes, program educational objectives and program outcome to their current jobs. The researchers utilized the convenient and snowball sampling design, where all the nursing graduates from University of Batangas batch 2016-2017 to 2020-2021 was profiled. The result of the study shown that most graduates are aged 27-30 years old and most of them are females. It was also shown that most of them are single. Moreover, most of the graduates are employed locally and most of them work in Healthcare Systems. The study also depicts that most of the graduates did not continue their education and only 1 out of 37 respondents has Masteral degree. Nevertheless, this study shows that the graduates have agreed that core values, graduate attributes, program educational objectives and program outcome are very important to their current job. Furthermore, adaptation of action plan was recommended to enhance the career path of the nursing graduates.
