Abstract
Career decision-making is a major shift that serves as a critical turning point in the lives of students. The study was conducted with the primary aim of guiding students in their career decision-making through a proposed medical simulation. The study employed a descriptive-correlational research design to thoroughly examine the phenomenon being investigated in this research. The sample size was assigned by the statistician, comprising a total of one hundred (100) respondents from a total population size of one hundred ninety-three (193) students. Simple random sampling was employed to guarantee representation across diversified demographics. Subsequently, questionnaires were effectively utilized as the primary tool for the collection of statistical data, and the distribution process took place over a period of 2–3 days for a thorough response. The comprehensive analysis of the study, integrating a fusion of perspectives and collective contributions, led to the formation of its conclusion and further recommendations. By integrating the innovative prowess of this pursuit into the lives of people, the researchers were able to address the growing need for an effective approach to career decision-making in today’s fast-paced world, forging a path towards a future where career decision-making is no longer undervalued but instead regarded as a guiding light.
